This Texas woman is unable to stop the tar sands Pipeline, a private enterprise, from crossing her lands.
Shortly after this video was shot, she was arrested for trespassing on her own property. Additionally, two journalists were detained and threatened with arrest yesterday, near the site. "Reporters were on the private land at the invitation of the landowner,
but were detained for trespassing," according to a spokesperson for the New York Times.
